Hi,
Would one be allowed to construct following service:
Website that has an api to receive messages (notifications) with a title, user or directed group, description. Application would send upon receiving such a notification a message to all users (in case of group) a rogerthat message with only a rogerthat button.
This would allow applications to just send notifications without the need of extra flows etc.
The service would be free. Groups and lists would be handled on the application side, rogerthat would not have to deal with it.

Yes this is possible without any problem.
Of course the recipients would need to opt-in for this service. You can only send messages to connected users.
If a user is not yet connected to your Rogerthat service, you will need to invite him. There are 2 possibilities
* User is not yet a Rogerthat user. He will receive an email
* User is a Rogerthat user. He will receive a Rogerthat message containing an invitation to connect to your Rogerthat service
