Switch android widget checked status is not available

Hi,

I couldn't find any method to get the checked status of Switch widget.Can you please help me with that?

Since ToggleButton and Switch are sub-classes of Compound Button ,I tried using ToggleButton for Switch Class But it didn't work.

I think we have class Parameter added to the method.
