output read in --outReadsUnmapped if the mate is unmapped

Hi alex,

Is there a way to set a threshold in RNAstar to not align reads when one of the mate is unmapped? - I can't seem to prepare such a parameter after reading the manual.

Also, want to have those reads in --outReadsUnmapped.
