STAR version 2.5.4a says "STAR_2.5.3a_modified" for STAR --version

When I check the version (STAR --version) of the newest release of STAR (from https://github.com/alexdobin/STAR/archive/2.5.4a.tar.gz) it says STAR_2.5.3a_modified rather than 2.5.4a as I would have expected. Is this correct?

Hi Mike,

thanks for pointing it out, this was a problem with the committed executables.

Please check out the 2.5.4b patch which fixed the problem.
