Calendar:
Emma will lead her last group ride for the season this Friday, 10/17/08, from 9:00-11:00 am. Please meet on the deck behind 3RDnature by 9:00 am if you want to participate in this ride.
In the event of heavy rain, Emma will lead an indoor class @ 9:00 am for everyone which will include a Q&A about riding and training, and a stretching session. Please come dressed in workout attire.
