Hi Ric,
You talk about getting the right investors / promoters, but if a person is not in the tech loop it's a bit hard to know where to begin. Do you recommend facilitators such as Australian Capital Investments and Sales Monkey?

No find a professional CEO and they will know the best source of funds for the companies situation. R
