RMS 4.0 - Web Inspector Resource Tracking not working on Windows 8

Hi,

I've recently upgraded to RMS 4.0 and have found that the Resource Tracking within the Web Inspector is broken. It never shows anything regardless of what you select (i.e. This Session or Always). It's installed on Windows 8 x64.

Luckily I still have an older verion still installed (2.2.1.13), so have been having to use that for development/debugging, and then transferring to the new version for building. But obviously this is far from ideal, as there are differences in the code between 2.2 and 4.0, and I have to alter these sections every time I swap.

Any ideas?
