Getting IOConsole Update - Java heap size error when Android device connected for 30 +mins

When I have an Android Devuce connected via USB and deployed a Rhodes app to it, it starts to show the Android log in the console window of Eclipse. If I leave the device connected for a while (around 30 mins) Eclipse crashes and I see an erro:

'Ioconsole Update' has encountered a problem

Jave Heap Size

I tried changing the Eclipse/Windows/preferences/Console size to something bigger but it still crashes.
