Installing rmr2, plyrmr Packages on each of the Nodes

Hi All,

 

I am using the Guide at http://projects.revolutionanalytics.com/documents/rhadoop/rhadoopinstall/ for using distributed R.

 

I have a very basic question. On each of the nodes, do we just need the YUM version of R installed or do we need something like the the RStudio Server Installed? Since we will be using distributed R, was of the opinion that we will need Rstudio Server installed.

 

Apologies if the question is too basic.
