Suppose I have a local route group localhost:1025:2-0 on all my servers, does it mean that client connected to localhost would not get addresses of other nodes in the network? What is a preferred name to add localhost as a listen address?

What is 'local route group'? Apparently you mean address.
If you put 'localhost:1025:2' in address section, it will be announced to all clients,
clients will try connect to those addresses (it actually depends on how DNS will resolve localhost, the most likely it will be 127.0.0.1) only.

If you have multiple servers, you have to put their real addresses (either IPv4/IPv6 or DNS names) into 'address' sections.
