can't build elliptics for ubuntu-16.04

Hi, everyone.
I'v been fail to build deb packages for ubuntu-16.04 using that howto http://doc.reverbrain.com/elliptics:server_eblob_tutorial
Eblob and cocain builds fine, but elliptics fail.

Looks like it's the reason why there is no elliptics packages for xenial yet.
Is there quick workaround?

Sorry for fast mail, i'v been fixed previous error by getting source of subproject https://github.com/camgunz/cmp/tree/0448cef005303b7e0ba5645fb9bcec862fdcddd5 (looks like howto need to be updated)
But the compilation still fail... with different couse

Hi Sergey

You need to run `git submodule init` and `git submodule run` to fix that issue

BTW, i'v been bult packages by switch off tests section in debian/rules as a quick hack.
