Error compiling grape

Hello, I am trying to compile grape under ubuntu 14.04 and it fails with multiple errors and some of them are not trivially fixable, also grape binary packages are built only for the 12.04. Any suggestion how to get grape on ubuntu 14.04?

it seems the only problem is moving to the new logging system, port grape to blackhole and it should work again.
