How to create response descriptor to map all URLs?

All the endpoints on my server return the same JSON structure so I don't need to map certain endpoints to certain mappings. The problem I have is that a redirect (301) and the new URL is unknown so I cannot set an appropriate mapping. I'd rather have it map to "every URL. Is this possible?
