Send an image from my Database with ws

Hi!

I have an web app that collect images, pictures, and save it into a PostgreSQL database using a bytea fields. Now I want to consume theses images from webservice. How can I do a webservice that search into my DB and return all images associates to one ID.

I am newbie with node and restify and the ws that I have search into my BD but just for data parsing like JSON but to return this I dont know how.

Any cluees or help will be so aprreciated.
