Hi,
I'm using RestFB to listen to private messages and replay them.
I got rate limit exception (below)
I would like to understand if there is a way rate limit status before using the API?

If not is there any way to eliminate it?

No, not that I know of.

https://developers.facebook.com/docs/marketing-api/api-rate-limiting

FB doesn't document what their rate limits are (for good reason) and I
suggest they adjust them regularly or even dynamically.
