OK, we're getting down to the wire.
We just crossed 40 registrations - a great milestone for us. The means we'll have a great diversity of skills and experience designing and building for the Web.
HACK DAY
And that means our Hackday Thursday[1] is going to be a lot of fun again. Erik Mogenson (@mogsie) has mapped out a really cool environment where we can all build inter-operable parts of a full-blown hypermedia system. Its gonna a great!
STACK DAY
This year we want to include a "Stack Day" on Friday[2] - a chance for everyone to show off tools they are using, projects (live, beta, private, etc.) they created, and libraries, frameworks that they find enjoyable. Everyone can sign up on the Stack Day page[2] and you'll get at least 30 minutes to show us what you're workin' on. We'd like to see at least 10 people post there. How about it?
FRIDAY NIGHT KEYNOTE
Brian Sletten is coming to do the keynote this year[3]. Brian has tons of real-world experience with REST and also Semantic Web technologies. I know Brian and his keynote will be an excellent chance for us to look to the future of the Web.
SATURDAY TALKS
And, of course we'll all be doing our talks on Saturday[4]. In fact, since we have so many people attending, we're likely to have some talks on Friday afternoon. Now is the time to put in your bid for Friday Afternoon, Saturday Morning, or Saturday Afternoon. Go to the Talk page and just write your name into one of the sections. Claim your spot now!
PEOPLE PAGES
Ok, we have 22 people pages; that's cool. But we need MOAR PAGES! Take a moment to add your page. Introduce yourself. Post your talk ideas. Check out Erlend's page[6] as a cool example. Keep in mind, you don't need a complicate page here, just be sure to add a short bio and one or more ideas for talks. It's the first we we can get to know each other.
LOTS OF OTHER STUFF
We've got pages for food preferences, hotels, travel plans, etc. This is our way of creating shared links and helping introduce themselves and share ideas. Dive in!

It is going to be a great weekend and you can get things started right now by updating the wiki and letting us know when you'll be in town and keep an eye on the pages to learn more details between now and next Thursday.

I hope so too. If you feel adventurous, feel free to take a look at the media type, and help me out in clearing up any misunderstandings. Use this mailing list.
I will bring a working server and client, and hope that you will build some clients (at least), and servers (maybe).

I plan on creating a standing up at least a client that day; possibly a server (if i get a chance to work ahead of time...)
