That's the strangest looking URL I've seen. Are you sure that's correct, and not a typo or error of some kind? Is it legal to have a delimiter of "?&" and multiple ?s in the same address?

Hi, 

I think it's wrong that you have a "&" just right of the first "?", i.e. "&type" should probably be just "type". Also your URL is not valid if you don't URL encode the parameters. But REST Assured should do that automatically for you and if I try it and I just do:

get("https://api.host.com/v2/path/save.json?&type=url&code=http://google.com/some_path?pub=23")

I end up with the following URL (which looks correct to me. Also the "&" just left of "type" has been removed automatically):

https://api.host.com/v2/path/save.json?type=url&code=http%3A%2F%2Fgoogle.com%2Fsome_path%3Fpub%3D23

So my question is, what version of REST Assured are you using?
