Mount local folder to RS

I installed RS on MAMP apache server and I want to mount the existing folder which is my photos in it. How can I just mount to my folder to RS instead of uploading all of them.

Maybe trying the staticsync functionality?

Check your include/config.default.php for "# StaticSync (staticsync.php)", there are many options to use a folder with digital files in your system.
