Updating Resharper plugin from Resharper 8 to Resharper 10

My updated plugin so far

It shows up in the fancy new Resharper 10 extension manager but, it doesn't install, there's something wrong with the Nuget package. I can tell from the install log that it isn't extracting CleanCode.10.0.dll, it's acting like my package is empty: 

Expanded file CleanCode.10.0.5.0.0.0.nupkg as a Nuget package into assembly items (0pcs)[].

 

I've been going through the trouble shooter. Particularly the part about packaging. It's my understanding the directory structure inside the Nuget package has changed since Resharper 8. That's my most recent commit, to update the structure of the package.

Can I perhaps avoid updating this plugin altogether? Maybe there is already a plugin for Resharper 10 which does what CleanCode does? The authors of this plugin all work for Jetbrains so I'm sure there must be some reason they didn't update it, they are smart people.
