Shopify hit RequestBin a little too hard by accident and somehow took
out our database with OpenRedis. It's literally not there any more.
Not sure how it happened and OpenRedis is being slow to reply. Working
on it though!

Currently running our own redis server until we find a better, more sustainable solution. Everything should be working again.
