Hello,
How to configure a proxy for outgoing HTTP connections? http.proxy exits
in the gerrit.config file but the doc says "URL of the proxy server when
making outgoing HTTP connections for OpenID login transactions". Is it
only for OpenID? If true, Do I need to add JVM_OPTIONS
(-Dhttps.proxyHost, -Dhttps.proxyPort)?
