How long does it take for a Gerrit CLA to go through?

I've completed a CLA, signed it and emailed it to Google (cla-sub...@google.com), but I haven't received a reply. I went into my Gerrit settings on https://gerrit-review.googlesource.com/#/settings/agreements, but the CLA I signed isn't listed there.

How long does this normally take?

What else can I do?

Where did you find those instructions? They are out of date.

CLAs should be submitted electronically at https://cla.developers.google.com/

When I try to follow your link and fill out the form, I get an error message:

500. That’s an error.

The mystery error was due to me not adding @googlegroups.com after the name of the group I created for my company.

Things went through now and is awaiting some sort of manual processing I suppose.

To answer my own question: if you do it correctly(the form is a bit finicky and doesn't give great error messages), then this takes no more than a working day or two to get set up.
