Assigning the review request

Hello,

When a review request gets uploaded, we assign a set of reviewers. I would like to know, is there a feature/plugin thru which one reviewer can own the review. This will help in knowing who is doing the review and other reviewers may not spend time on reviewing the changes which is already under review. Please let me know, if such feature/plugin is available.
