Need the APIs to access the code review vote of a particular patch set and make the code review vote +1

Hi Folks

I am looking for APIs to develop a plugin which can access and change the code review vote of a particular patch set to +1. Please let me know if there are any APIs that does the job or if there is any plugin which is related to this.

There's a REST[1] api and SSH[1] api for that which you can find in
the gerrit docs.
