Postgresql - missing 'full_name' when new user logs in

Hi,
I have an issue in gerrit-2.12.2-2697-ge7d7282-dirty.
We had an ldap problems and from then when new user logs in to gerrit his 'full_name' field is empty. Do you have any ideas how to fix it? For now I manually update this field, but this is quite problematic.
