Image diff no longer working on 2.13.1

We updated from 2.12.2 to 2.13.1 and noticed that images are no longer rendering in the diff view. They do not work in gitiles either. Gerrit just renders them as txt files (as if they were opened in vim).

We have the mimetype set to true [1].

Any ideas on how to fix it would be much appreciated.

did you end up solving this by any chance? I still have the same issue even with 2.13.2.
