plugin ban files?

Hi all,

Anyone know of a plugin to ban certain files from entering a repository?

I would like to prevent build artifacts from entering a repository (e.g. *.jar, *.rpm etc..) 

I could always fall back to scripting and using a patchset-created hook but was looking for something more modern.

Not aware of any commit doing it ... but it shouldn't be that difficult :-)
