repo sync code stuck

Hi,one of my gerrit server is V2.9.1.I'm confused about the following problem:

Sometimes,all the client git clone or repo sync code from the gerrit server stuck.I have to restart the gerrit server to make it OK! But,the problem show up again after some days or weeks.

My gerrit server:

Memory:64G

CPU processors:24

part of my config file:

sshd.threads = 40

sshd.batchThreads = 2

container.heapLimit = 16g

[core]

packedGitLimit = 2g

packedGitOpenFiles = 2048

streamFileThreshold = 100m

How to fix this?Thanks in advance!
