How to display the new change of UI in browser

Hi All,

I'm going to add some new button in Gerrit, but it happens nothing in the browser. Even I delete some exist buttons, it never changes. I don't know if I missed some step to display(save it and refresh the page in browser)? How to display changes in browsers?
