Clicking on blame annotations does not open relevant change

Hello Gerrit Gurus,
I am having a staging setup of Gerrit V2.14 hosted on Tomcat V8.0.23 on Windows 7 SP1.
I was very much waiting for 'Blame Annotations' feature in Diff Screen all this while :) I am happy to see it is available now.
However, the documentation states, clicking on the blame annotation should open the relevant change. That's not happening on Mozilla Firefox and Chrome browsers.
Any inputs?
