failed to create multiple partition in usb flash drive

When i was select USB in installation tool . installer give me this error "failed to create multiple partition in USB flash drive". what can i do . i am using Kingston USB 3.0.

This might be a late reply but try the DISKPART command to clean your USB..I had the same problem and saw in a forum about the DISKPART and tried it and it worked..hope this helps..peace out..
