Just thought I'd let everyone know that Cascade Asset Management's 2017 ITAD Report just came out. It's a free 8 page annual benchmarking report that includes the results of Cascade's customer survey and a review of related industry research. Probably most of us will be interested in its IT Asset Procurement Trends section. Here's a few insights:

• Corporate refresh rates are holding pretty steady at 4 years
  
• New hardware purchasing will be a bit up from last year
• Companies are opting to supply employees with smartphones more, and relying less on BYOD
  
• Data security remains the top concern of companies, but managing environmental risks is 2nd
