Problems Activating Licenses today?

Is anyone else having problems activating licenses on the Microsoft Registered Refurbisher website?

If I enter them in manually, the final submit button takes me to a page with no licenses on it, and if I use the template excel file, it rejects it saying its not recognized :(

I'm hoping this isn't just me...
