Citizenship Microsoft Office 2010 H&B Licenses

Was I mistaken or did I see somewhere that Microsoft will be
discontinuing the Office 2010 H&B licenses in the citizenship MRR
stream? It might have simply been discontinuing support for Office
2010.
If either of these are the cases has anyone heard anything about a
possible Microsoft replacement (Office 2013/2016)?
