Can you repurpose a Galaxy Express Prime smartphone?

I picked up a donated Galaxy Express Prime smartphone that won't turn on. I've tried all the tricks for getting

the phone to turn on - but nothing works.  Is there someone on this list who'd like this phone to use for parts or

other refurbishing projects? Tell me what you'd like to do (off-list) --- and I'll mail you the phone. Sorry, the

phone comes without a charger.
