Hello all,

Is anyone else having trouble with the Microsoft website?  We are having an issue with uploading COA serial numbers.  A message comes up that the file format is not correct.  We have downloaded a new template and have the same result.  It will let us load them individually.

Yes, we’ve been down since Friday.  The portal isn’t generating licenses.

We have been having trouble since Thursday here. I was able to get around the problem today by putting the COA numbers in individually which did not work for me on Friday.

We have a 64 pc order that we have to do.  I guess we do it manually until someone fixes it.

It appears it still will not allow us to upload Excel workbooks. We are continuing manually for the time being.

English is now an option again on Microsoft's refurbisher's website.

The Microsoft website was down shortly today for maintenance. It is now back up and accepting Excel workbooks. I am encountering a language problem with the site now. The first few pages will be in English and after I load a workbook it is all in Deutsch. I am able to change the language but not to English.

I just heard back from Sean Nicholson of the Microsoft RRP program and he reports that they are very much working on the problems and he estimates that the RRP website should be fully functional in another 24 hours or so - so help is on the way.

Towards the end of the day yesterday we were fine but today the site is acting up again.
