We are looking for an equipment donor receipting system. We currently us a custom PDF form designed to receipt a donor but that does not help us to manage our inventory - the net good stuff results – or stay in touch with past donors. Do any of you have a suggestion/system that helps automate the process that low cost or better free.
Wish List:
1) Receipting: Temporary Receipt for drive by drop off donations (would be nice if we could do a temporary receipt for donors on the fly for items we pickup)
2) Donor thank you: Final receipt with data destruction certification (email or print to mail)
3) Refurbishing process with hard cost for product refurbishing (new battery – Screen replacement…)
4) Inventory: end result a step to add the item(s) to an active inventory database.
Note: We are totally loving the free WordPress WooCommerce webstore. Looks great and we want to use this as our entire inventory system of finished products we have.
