Which os replacement

Hello

I am trying to find a chart or just a guide on which refurb software edition can be used on different systems for refurbishment. Example

If I have a computer with a windows 8.1 with bing as the original os what can  I replace that with in order to be within the rules? Or if I have a windows 8.1 original that has been wiped what windows os can I reinstall on that machine? There was a chart a couple of years ago but I cannot find a current one.
