You should consider using the method and scripts Microsoft has created for this. The scripts can be found here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/windows-deployment-sample-scripts-sxs - basically, you can perform the installation and when you create the partitions, using Diskpart, use the answer file in the sample scripts. The Create-Partitions text files will partition the disk appropriately and set the recovery partition ID type correctly.
Full manufacturing guide start here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/ to get software to persist beyond an end user recovery is a little more complex, but not terribly difficult. I recommend testing (due to the complexity) without persisting applications before you add it, so you can ensure you are getting recovery working, then when you have it working, test using the ScanState (the tool used to persist applications beyond the recovery).
