Having to call to activate every single MAR/MRR License?

Hey guys,

 My tech's are saying they have to call to activate every single MRR license (Windows 7/Windows 8). This has added some crazy extra time loading every machine since it takes an extra 5 minutes at least assuming they don't hit the wrong key when going through the set ups.

 Anyone have any ways to work around this? Pretty sure we used to just activate them online.
