Need Wordpress designer and developer

I'm a marketing consultant that needs to hire a Wordpress designer and developer who can redesign an existing Wordpress site and fix the SEO and coding issues within. I also need someone to be able to assess the site and give me recommendations as to what you think needs to be handled with the site to make it great. This is a one-time project, with the possibility for future projects. I would really like to work with someone local in Austin who has the ability and willingness to meet with me in person periodically in South Austin.
