We're looking for a solutions-oriented Implementation Engineer to join our Services team. 

This is a client-facing technical role. The implementation engineer will be an expert in our product suite and HTTP data transfer and be able to provide our customers with solutions and help them maximize the benefits of our products. You will be the "go to" person when someone has questions about how our products work and how to integrate them with existing systems.

This is a challenging role that requires exceptional communication, time management, data communications and creative problem-solving skills. We are looking for candidates that are truly passionate about servicing our clients on a daily basis. This position holds potential for other career paths in the company.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the client's business and technical to understand and define and their requirements and configure our products accordingly.
  • Work with client's marketing and/or technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues and provide integration guidance.
  • Make product and design recommendations based on customer engagement.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects to ensure delivery dates are met.
  • Coordinate with the IE team to ensure proper coverage of project needs and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Development and maintenance of internal and client-facing documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Become an expert in your assigned vertical over time so you can make recommendations to clients to help them streamline their process using our products
  • Set clear timelines for each step of integration, implementation or technical projects
  • Support the Sales team to advise potential clients and walk new clients through the set up process

Skills

  • Outstanding problem solving skills and attention to detail. Must be able to think creatively about issues to find a resolution
  • Must be a good listener.  Needs to understand the needs of the client to be able to suggest simple solutions
  • Ability to learn quickly. This position is expected to become an expert with our products and the supporting technology in a short amount of time
  • Technical background including experience in a technical consulting role
  • A proven track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent tasks
  • Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, HTTP, XML, and the Document Object Model
  • Knowledge of common web protocols (HTTP, FTP)
  • Experience using issue/case tracking systems
  • Excellent customer service, presentation and communication skills. Must be able to translate convey technical information to non-technical and technical customers alike. 

 Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree.  Computer Sciences, MIS or Business Administration a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in technical or customer support role at technology company. SaaS experience a plus. 
  • Internet/online advertising industry experience is a plus. SaaS experience a plus. 
  • Positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed client expectations at every opportunity
  • Attention to detail and absolute focus on quality of work
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
