Front End Application Developer SpareFoot is looking for a senior level Application Developer. You will be responsible for implementing our highly trafficked self-storage websites and internal web-based applications. You have a passion for making great products where form equals function. You should be comfortable working in an open-ended environment where roles are flexible, everything is always changing, and communication is essential. You'll be part of a small, nimble team of designers and developers who love solving hard problems.

As a developer at SpareFoot, you will: - Be responsible for delivering elegant and maintainable code.
- Work closely with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and devops engineers to produce high quality web applications.
- Participate in Scrum estimations, daily standups, and sprint retrospectives.
What you need to bring to the table: - 5+ years experience developing web applications
- Computer science degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive knowledge and experience in JavaScript, jQuery, responsive HTML and CSS
- Experience with JavaScript Frameworks: Backbone.js, Angular, Ember, React, etc
- Expertise in front-end routing, client-side templating, and consuming JSON-based RESTful APIs
- Proficiency in PHP and one other object-oriented language
- Familiarity with common software design patterns
- Passion about producing elegant, maintainable code
- You when the quick and dirty solution is appropriate and when it’s not
- Ability to interface with business stakeholders and engineers
Bonuses - Have you worked with any of these technologies? - Experience with MySQL and general relational database concepts
