Hi there,

We need a new website. Need a designer and developer all in the same, if possible. Would prefer not going through an expensive agency, mostly due to budget. Would love some direction on how and where to connect with the right people for this job. Can anyone provide any guidance?

Some background: we are a small network software company; worldwide, HQ in Austin, TX.
