Refinery Contract work

Looking for any interested Refinery contractors who can help deploy a customized version for fast-moving project already in process. Intend to use for multi-department organization. Admin will assign users to certain departments, then user will have access to edit, delete, and add pages only within their department. Pages will include other rails assets associated with department.
