Using Refinery 3.0.0, the pages advanced toolbar not showing up on the page

Hello all, 

I've recently been introduced to Refinery CMS and up until now have been very impressed with what it's capable of.

One problem I've encountered is that the pages advanced toolbar is not showing up on the toolbar. I was wondering if 

anyone else has encountered something similar with the site.

Hi Luke,

If you open up the error console in your browser, are you seeing a JavaScript error?
