Emails sent from <no-reply@>

When Refinery tries to send an email for password recovery it doesn't have a valid from email address. How do I configure the sending email address?

Also, on my local machine Refinery defaults to port 3000, but I'm using a different port. The links it generates in the emails look like: http://0.0.0.0:3000/refinery/users/password/edit?reset_password_token=

Can I tell it which port to use?
