Refinery installed to existing Rails App missing WYSIWYG editor

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

I followed the "With an existing Rails app" section of the Refinery documentation and it seemed to install without issue.  However, there is only a text area to add content, no wysiwyg.  Please see screen shot...

I don't see that Refinery put any js or css references in my application files, so maybe that is what is missing.  I just don't know what they should be.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
