Issue on redis cluster

Help me plz!!
At first we config redis cluster with three nodes(1,2,3) and no issue but after adding two nodes(4,5) in the cluster, cpu usage is high comparing to previous nodes. One thing I noticed that node 1,2,3 changes CPU number among 1,2,3 but nodes 4,5 uses only specific CPU. I wonder I can change this behavior.
