Redis server not responding

i am using redis server version :2.8.4 and to connect with server using java client (jedis) . My server structure is like this. i have one separate server for running redis and  there are four other servers which are using jedis client to connect with redis server . every thing is working find for 4-5 days after that we are getting  network connection time out exception to get redis connection then within half and hour same error is throwing from all serves .

i won't have any idea what to do?
